320 grain 45 caliber Hollow Point Hornady gas check cast lead bullets with crimp groove to fit 45/70. Hollow Point gas check design design is very accurate and gives all the advantages of a Hollow point design with a very wide meplat. These are cast from 2-2-96 lead alloy and sized to .459 with lube ready to load. Optional sizing to .460 This design feeds reliable in lever action rifles as well. With it's large nose profile it hits harder than round nose. I have found them to be devastating to whitetail deer. Hoping to see how they do on hogs as well but I have yet to recover a bullet or have to track.
